Here at Tohi Holistic Essentials LLC, we believe that the many challenges in life consist of charting through high and low waves that represent the experiences that humanity has experienced due to various challenges, difficulties, and losses.

Resulting in the recovery process of self from such events difficult. Life's journey has left behind invisible residue that negatively affects individuals' minds, bodies, souls, spirits, and social environments. Such a journey becomes a cycle of living in survival mode, the constant struggle to break free from those negative effects, and never experiencing a thriving life.
